The goal of the Minimites class is to have purposeful play that encourages a positive relationship between you and your child and that promotes learning through physical and mental movement. A child who is moving is learning.

This
45-minute class focuses on enhancing your child's
coordination, motor development skills, and covers
introductory gymnastics skills. We accomplish
this through games and the gymanstics equipment,
while having lots of fun! The class is parent
(adult) participation, so your child can get
the one on one needed at this age.

is a 45-minute class where students begin by
practicing locomotor skills, such as jogging,
galloping, skipping, hopping, chassés and age-appropriate
stretching to warm up their muscles. An obstacle
course, which integrates both tumbling and
motor skills. Lastly, they go to the equipment
and work on the bars, balance beams, and trampoline.
