Crawlers and Early Walkers
The goal of the Minimites class is to have purposeful play that encourages a positive relationship between you and your child and that promotes learning through physical and mental movement. A child who is moving is learning.
Tiny Tumblers:

Ages 20 months - 3 years 10 months
This 45-minute class focuses on enhancing your child's coordination, motor development skills, and covers introductory gymnastics skills. We accomplish this through games and the gymanstics equipment, while having lots of fun! The class is parent (adult) participation, so your child can get the one on one needed at this age.
Beginner Reds:

Ages 3.5 & 5 years
This is a 45-minute class where students begin by practicing locomotor skills, such as jogging, galloping, skipping, hopping, chassés and age-appropriate stretching to warm up their muscles. An obstacle course, which integrates both tumbling and motor skills. Lastly, they go to the equipment and work on the bars, balance beams, and trampoline.
Advanced Beginner Reds:

Ages 4 & 5 years
This is a 55-minute class where students begin by practicing locomotor skills, such as jogging, galloping, skipping, hopping, chassés to warm up their muscles. Afterwards, they do two rotations consisting of either tumbling, bars, balance beams, vault or trampoline.

This is mandatory twice-per-week 90 minute class. Students begin by practicing locomotor skills such as jogging, galloping, skipping, hopping, chassés, and stretching to warm up their muscles. Afterwards they will do two to three rotations consisting of either tumbling, bars, balance beams, vault or trampoline and strengthening exercises.
Intermediates:
$20 per class

This is mandatory twice-per-week 55 minute class. Students begin by practicing locomotor skills such as jogging, galloping, skipping, hopping, chassés, and stretching to warm up their muscles. Afterwards they will do two rotations consisting of either tumbling, bars, balance beams, vault or trampoline and strengthening exercises.
