| What
to Wear |
|
|
| Gymnastics students
should wear a leotard or a t-shirt with
sweat pants or shorts. Children should
not wear clothing with buttons, snaps,
or belts as they can pinch or cut into
the skin while they are on the equipment
or damage the equipment. No jewelry,
skorts or skirts should be worn during
class. |

Marial Arts students should come in their gi and belt, no shoes, no socks. All hair should be pulled back.

| Drop Off and Pick Up Policy |
 |
| You are welcome to use our drop off system. You must get here 15 to 5 minutes before class starts and a teacher will safely escort your child into the studio. You will need to come in to pick up your child and sign her or him out. |
| |
| Parent Observation |
 |
| All parents with children attending classes are welcome to observe the first and last class of each session. All other weeks we ask parents to drop off their child or wait in the parent waiting area. Parent's cooperation with the observation policy will reduce the noise level, decrease distraction for your child and allow her/him to focus on the teacher's instruction. This will increase your child's quality of instruction. Parent's are welcome to return the last five minutes of their child's class. |

| Class
Make-ups |
 |
| Make-ups
are offered as a courtesy but are not
guaranteed. Your child is welcome to
do a make-up within the two months of the time missed as long as they are still enrolled in the program. Make-ups may be scheduled
one child per class. Sign-up sheets are
located on the wall above the entrance ramp. You
need to come into the gym and sign your
child up in any available slot. Make-ups
must be scheduled 24 hours in advance
and cannot be rescheduled. Make-ups are
not done over the phone. |

| Workout
Area |
|
| Only
enrolled students are allowed in the
workout area. Students should wait on
the bench for class on the color that
corresponds with their class name
(i.e., Beginner Reds sit on the red part
of the bench). |

| Food
and Drinks |
|
| All
food and drinks should be consumed in parent waiting room only. |
 |
| Safety
and Late Pickup Fees |
 |
| Parents
are responsible for the safety of their
children before and after classes in
which they are enrolled. Participants
must be picked-up at the conclusion of
their class, as we do not provid supervision
after their classes end. You will be
charged a $10.00 fee for each 15 minutes
that you are late. |

| Personal
Property |

| Kids
in Motion, LLC is not responsible
for loss or damage to any personal property
left on the premises. |
 |
| Refunds |
|
| If
you cancel more than 1 (one) week before
the session starts you will receive a
refund minus a $15.00 handling fee. If
you cancel less that 1 (one) week before
the session begins, or within the first
2 (two) weeks of the session, you will
receive a refund minus a $15.00 handling
fee plus the cost of the classes that
have already convened and the cost of
the following week. NO REFUNDS will be
given after the second week of the session
and tuition is not transferable to another
session or other children/siblings. |

| Parking |
|
| Please
consider ample time to find parking. Parking is located on Webster Street, 29th Street and Broadway. Our entrance is on 29th Street. |

certify that your child has accidental
